Registration
How do I register for a Scinexora conference?

Navigate to the conference detail page from our Upcoming Conferences listing, scroll to the Registration section, and click "Proceed to registration." You'll choose your participation type (speaker, virtual, in-person, student, etc.), fill in your details, and complete payment securely via Stripe. A confirmation email is sent to you within 24 hours.

What participation types are available?

We offer Keynote Speaker, Speaker, Poster, E-Poster, Student, Virtual Participation, Accommodation, and Sponsorship packages. Each conference may have slight variations. All types include a CPD-accredited Certificate of Attendance.

Are there early bird discounts?

Yes. Each conference has an Early Bird window (typically 3–4 months before the event) with meaningfully reduced rates, followed by a Mid-Term rate, and finally a Spot rate. Specific deadlines and pricing are published on each conference's registration table. Register early to secure the best price.

Can I register for more than one conference at once?

Each conference registration is processed separately. Visit each conference's detail page and complete individual registration. If you're registering a group or have questions about multiple registrations, email us at info@Scinexoraconferences.com and we'll assist you directly.

Abstract Submission
What is the abstract submission process?

Submit via the online form on the conference detail page, or email directly to the conference-specific address. Abstracts should be 250–300 words in English, structured as: Title, Authors, Affiliations, Background, Methodology, Results, Conclusion. Both Oral and Poster formats are accepted. Accepted abstracts are included in the official conference proceedings.

Who reviews my abstract?

All submissions are reviewed by the conference's dedicated program committee — a panel of subject-matter experts in the relevant discipline. Review decisions are typically communicated within 10–15 business days of submission.

What file formats are accepted for abstract submissions?

We accept PDF, DOC, and DOCX files. You can upload up to 5 files per submission via the online form. If you have supplementary materials (figures, tables), include them within the same document.

Attending
Are virtual participation options available?

Yes. Every Scinexora conference offers virtual attendance. Virtual participants receive live-streamed access to all sessions, digital conference materials, remote presentation opportunities (where applicable), and a digital CPD-accredited certificate.

What is the conference schedule like?

Conferences are typically two-day events running from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM local time. Each day includes plenary keynote addresses, themed parallel sessions, poster presentations, a networking lunch, and an evening social event on Day 1. Full schedules are published on each conference's page approximately 4 weeks before the event.

CPD & Certificates
What CPD credits will I receive?

All registered participants — in-person and virtual — receive a Certificate of Attendance accredited with 10 CPD (Continuing Professional Development) credits. The certificate is issued digitally within 7–10 business days of the conference conclusion.

How do I receive my certificate?

Certificates are emailed to the address you provided during registration within 7–10 business days of the conference end. If you haven't received yours after 10 business days, contact info@Scinexoraconferences.com with your registration reference number.

Payment & Refunds
What payment methods are accepted?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and PayPal, processed securely through Stripe. Wire transfers are available for institutional registrations — contact us to arrange this.

What is the cancellation and refund policy?

All registration fees are non-refundable. However, if you cannot attend due to unforeseen circumstances, your registration can be transferred to virtual participation or to a future Scinexora conference. Please contact us at least 14 days before the conference date to arrange a transfer.

Speakers
How do I apply to be a speaker or session chair?

Email info@Scinexoraconferences.com with the subject line "Speaker Application" along with your CV, proposed presentation title and abstract, and the conference you'd like to speak at. Our program committee reviews all applications and responds within 10 business days.

Do speakers need to pay a registration fee?

Yes. Scinexora Conferences operates as self-funded academic events, meaning registration fees apply to all participants including invited and keynote speakers. This ensures the financial sustainability of providing high-quality venues, proceedings publications, and CPD accreditation.

Sponsorship
Can I sponsor or exhibit at a Scinexora conference?

Absolutely. We offer sponsorship and exhibition packages tailored for academic publishers, healthcare organizations, technology companies, and research institutions. Email info@Scinexoraconferences.com with the subject "Sponsorship Enquiry" to receive our current prospectus.
